I tried to search, but didn't find much so I have to ask to get forward in my design.
How much does the front baffle size, shape or tweeter distance from edges matter when a waveguide is used?
Or in other words is it worth it to make i.e. this shape except for aesthetical reasons (if it ever was)?
Thanks!

Hi Kimi,
Yes, you will see front baffle edge diffraction with a waveguide as well, i.e. baffle size and shape still matters.
You can see angular measurements of a waveguide with 10 cm cardboard sides either at 0° or bent 45° back here (Take care - German forum).
There is a clear difference between the straight (0°) and the 45° sides with clearly much better, consistent horizontal radiation for the 45°-variant.
