From where can these transistors be bought?

I would like to buy some BD329 and BD330 transistors. I found a web-site based in Greece but, for some weird reason, it crashed while I was compiling my order. As this may be the result of a fake fraudulent site, I am very hesitant to order my parts from it. The site is radio741.com which is new to me.

The problem with myself ordering parts are postage prices. I live in Malta, an archipelago of very small islands about 60 miles south of Sicily, an Italian island. I would like to order from a supplier with reasonable postage costs. When I tried Mauser, I was dissuaded by its very costly postage.

Building a low voltage transmitter ?
They were designed for RF use not AF but have good spec. other than the very low Ce voltage of 30 volts , as they can reach 100MHz as output devices I hope you have good compensation etc in the circuit you will be using them in.

They were used in car radios .

There are semiconductor suppliers in Italy.

As I take it you don't mean a radio station in Kentucky but a Ham radio supplier I can assure you that their OFFICAL website has not been hacked .
I helped out people with computer viruses /malware/etc etc and have many blockers /info gatherers but I have come across many in the general public who,s computers have been hacked , nowadays its VERY subtle.

Only the usual Google trackers and some others to give third party information to keep the cash coming in --par for the course

RS components has a branch in Italy also.

Thanks to all who took some of their time to reply. I no longer need these transistors. The aim was to build a 1MHz ultrasound personal therapy unit. I ordered the latter online ready built. There are many such units online from which one can choose. The added benefit is that they are commercially produced. I ordered a therapy unit that looks similar to one I used to see when I attended a local physiotherapy clinic.

They are advertised to help a large number of ailments as well as " help the skin texture " I hope your physical problem is sorted by it.

I am interested in anybody who was actually helped by this sort of thing ( long term ) as I remember at an open large market in the 50,s of this Indian swami in full turban and rig-out selling small bottles of "medicinal oil " that could cure many diverse pains from toothache to "women's problems " , he got some custom but I never heard of anybody coming back to shake his hand.

He "disappeared" after a few years but it was a tough area.

Ultrasound therapy of the ligaments, attachments, tendons and muscles has been practiced in hospitals for more than two decades. This is as far I as I can witness. Furthermore, it is an established therapeutic method.

Where I live, a visit to a qualified practicing physiotherapist costs Euro 15 for a 4 minute treatment duration.
