Will still have to see, how to manage the replacemnet for my old BB DF1700... As you know I'm using the BB DF1704 (on DIP Adaptor), or the SM5842APT (on a seperate Adaptor).
Moreover, I just purchased a SM5847 replacement for the DF1700, on an Adaptor-Board, from China (as I'm in Taipei right now). My 3rd Filter...
Does not matter: Be sure, I'll be happy to give them all away. Half a year form now? Deal!!
Hmmmmmm... and then, shell I connect the Tent XO2.3 from my Transport, à la Rutgers DACPrincipa4 (through the external BNC cable, bypassing the receiver to the XTI pin nr. 6 on the new DF replacement???? Or may be - there will be no more XTI ??? whatsoever..)
OK, OK, I'll wait to have more info, once it becomes actuall.

With a DAC PCM1792 no reclocking any more

as we discussed already at the Phone, you do not need reclocking any more if you use a PCN1792 DAC. You could find a complete description of the application in:
