I have had success with cross overs at 400-600 Hz range and three way systems in general. So IMO 10" woofer of good quality(no exotics needed) should keep up with those frequencies. There are examples which do and which don't, so best to test that.
Frequency response, distortion, are there any standing waves in the box or severe panel vibrations ?
P.S judging from schematics it looks like you are using iron core inductors. I would test it for distortion % just to make sure it's not a problem.
