During some testing with a Chinese chip amp of questionable integrity, I somehow fried Q4 and Q6 on my miniDSP 2x4.
The transistors appear to be labelled 1IJ (or 1lJ). I've looked over a few spare PCBs that I have lying around from other electronics, hoping to find these parts to harvest and re-use. I did find some that look very similar.
Questions:
1) Do I need the exact replacement parts, or are there other transistors in the same class that would be suitable?
2) If I do need the same parts, how can I get them? I've googled and cannot find any info at all based on "1IJ" or "1lJ" searches.
3) If I do not need the exact parts, what class of transistor is it and what are some common, compatible parts?
4) Do I have other options?
Thanks for any assistance.

I know it isn't in miniDSP team's best interest to help me - if my device is fried, I might buy another one.
However, I simply cannot afford to replace this unit. Please help.

I can only assume that the miniDSP team simply doesn't visit here very often.
The alternative explanation is obvious, and disappointing.

So, that's it then. I no longer have a functioning miniDSP and I am offered no solution from the manufacturer.

Sorry about that, you need to find these tables from more manufacturers (maybe you already did).

Better SMD Code Book, hope it helps.

Thanks Scott. I could not find the part on either of those lists.
Am I crazy assuming that the minDSP folks know what parts are installed at Q4 and Q6 on the miniDSP PCB?
