WinISD Pro is free and works great for me:

To complete your speaker designing and building 'tools' this is also very handy:
Dayton Audio DATS Dayton Audio Test System | 390-806

With the OmniMic or similar acoustic measuring system you get acoustic speaker data, with the DATS or similar item you get speaker impedance data. Together is a fairly complete (for the hobbyist) speaker characterization system.

Once you have all the acoustic and impedance data on a speaker you can then enter the data into a simulation software to design the crossover, such as the free PCD spreadsheet:

Although I am new in measuring frequency response,
BTW Can you help me about frequency part of the amps and speakers
I dont understand what are they for!!😕😕
Eg,
For amplifiers
Frequency Resposne-
±1dB, 1W RMS, 8 Ω : 10Hz – 40kHz
±0.2dB 1W RMS, 8 Ω : 20Hz – 20kHz

S/N Ratio @ 8 Ω - 102 dB, unweighted

For speakers
(eg)
Sensitivity:97.5 dB
Frequency Range:25 Hz ÷ 1000 Hz

Also for amps testing with sine wave, etc with oscillocope what are they?
What do the graphs indicate or means ?
Where i can learn all this ?

I hope you will help me with this
