'FPgraphtracer' is a free download and can easily copy response graphs of drivers presented in PDF files and is easy to use too.

As mentioned, actual measurement of the project at hand is positively the best way to go but one has to invest in that method in time and money, in the end one can approximate a good crossover design for one's self if one has an existing, published baffle shape or the box design from the Net. No pointers there.
