Free standards for C14-C18 IEC connectors?

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has a free source for IEC specifications related to power plugs. I am looking specifically for standards about the distance from the end of the internal pin on a C13/C15 connector to the face, and the length of the body that is inserted. These are the standard PC power supply plugs (and the high temp version). Everything I can find online so far is an expensive (for a hobbyist) paywall.

I have a drawing that says the IEC inlet depth is 17mm, and the inlet pin lengths. I'm wondering if anything regulates the overlap between inlet and plug, as well as insertion force.

The reason I'm asking is I'm looking at a Wattgate plug (yeah, i know it's not standard but I want to compare it to spec) but wanted to know if there were specific regulations which this plug is not meeting.

I think what I want is something like IEC 60320-3, but having never seen it and being out of my depth I am not sure. I definitely want something cheaper than $700 to look at it. 😀
