Hello Siliconray,
I would love to receive a pair of boards.
Please let me know what to do.
best regards John

Hello Hohn
just click the link at the beginning of the post to "order" it. price is $0.01/pc because the system do not allow 0. What you need to pay is only shipping cost from China to your country.

If I want to connect it to headphone can I connected to one pcb or two pcb of this JLH Hifi Headphone Amp....?
Hi Andee1310:
You can see from the photo there're 2 transistor one one board, that means one channel per board. You need 2 pcb to make a stereo. A 6.3mm headphone connector is comes with every 2 kit.

Hello we developed a nice power supply for this headphone amplifier kit. Please see the details here:

Thanks Siliconray, I got my boards in record time and they look great. Not sure how fast I will populate them and see how they work but I am impressed with your quick response and packaging. ( :
Great...looking forward to see your finished boards and testing result. Don't forget to adjust the static output voltage to 0 before connect headphone
Received my boards from the post office today, they have been there for over a week.
Very nice boards, very fast shipping.
Thanks John

I have 2 questions
The first is the value of R10 ?
The second one is: do the BC550/560 need to be matched ?
Many thanks

Hello Serial Port
Sorry for missing the value of R10. 0.33 or 0.51 Ohm is OK.
I think no harm to use matched BC550/560, but I tried both matched/unmatched, I couldn't find difference by either instrument or my ears.

Hi Ray: I have received your boards but was wondering if there are any mods I could make to use these boards for some small 4 ohm speakers? This would be for a little mp3 player I am making. Thanks for your boards. ( :
I had tried with 8Ohm small speaker, Iq set to 0.6A, sound pretty nice. But a larger heatsink is ncecssary for Q1 and Q2. It's better to replace Q3 and Q8 with meadium power transistors such as BD139/BD140.
Hi, one supply for 2 channels. one supply can source 4A without overheating. enough for 1.6A Iq per channel.
Hi Ray. Would I need one of your power supplies for both boards/channels, or one for each?
Hi,
just built the headphone amp, but I am getting oscillation at the output. I am using mje15030. Any ideas?
Also I see on your pictures that Q3 is positioned reverse from the marking of the silkscreen. Not so easy to see from the pictures. I do not think that the pcb has any mistakes, as far as I checked.

Hi vgeorge
the reverse position of the Q3 is because we tried other transistors than BC550. The pin count of BC550 is in cbe order while most others are in ebc order. can you post a photo of the board you built?
