OK then, I'm just going to keep my thoughts to myself this time.

I do find it interesting that your avatar encompasses the scorpionic point of intergration known as the 'fire and the phoenix', The very exact signifcation of death and rebirth. Death of the old and birth of the new. 🙂
Life's like that. We are what we iz. And the world turns. etc.

Here's one of the most comprehensive collections I've seen:

There seems to be a big resurgence in interest in this stuff every time energy has a bump in prices.
Ted.

Krauss concludes his article: "For once and for all let us state that perpetual motion is an impossibility, and the inventors of these devices are either stupidly following false ideas or knowingly attempting to defraud the public."
So, do the "free-energy" proponents have a valid point here? Are they justified in devoting their time to seeking a "free-energy" or "over-unity" systems? Should mainstream scientists take up such research to solve our energy problems? I think not. Scientists generally pursue something only when there's clear evidence pointing to a need for clarifying or changing physical theory. So far, not one scrap of credible or even suggestive evidence for the existence of this "free-energy" has been seen. To return to the comparison with atomic energy, the initial skepticism of Millikan, Rutherford, and Einstein was well justified. But they changed their opinions as new evidence came in. Their initial skepticism did not in any way retard our progress toward discovery and utilization of atomic energy. My hunch is that if there is anything like "free-energy" anywhere in the universe, it will not be discovered by the kind of people now making wild and unfounded claims about it, nor by the methods they are using to try to tap it. It helps to have evidence for and know something about a source of energy before one attempts to figure out how to utilize it. All the ingenuity in the world can't extract energy from something that isn't there or has no energy to extract.

Wow, there’s been some serious over-unity/perpetual motion/conspiracy/evil, profiteering corporate/100MPG carburetor BS in this thread.
What, no “electric cars don’t pollute” or “spray cans cause global warming?”

Brown’s Gas–
The classic stoichiometric mix of nearly two parts of hydrogen to one part of oxygen by volume has many unusual and easily misinterpreted properties. The colorless flame burns quite hot but has amazingly low heat energy. Actual flame temperature is extremely difficult to measure. An illusion of tungsten melting can be created by reversible sublimination side reactions. An illusion of an implosion can be created by post-condensation effects.
Electrolysis generation is up to one sixth endothermic, creating apparent "stays cool" heat anamolies. The current waveforms can be deceptively nonlinear, leading to severe power measurement difficulties.
Brown’s gas proponents claim that "something different" is created by minor waveform modifications. This new gas is claimed to burn at exceptionally high temperatures, has huge quantities of long term monatomic gases, offers an "overunity" efficiency and eliminates radioactivity.
Sadly, in the three decade history of Brown’s gas, neither the temperature nor its composition has ever been properly measured. Neither have any demonstrable "double blind" differences ever been shown from plain old stoke gas with regard to properties or generation. At least not to standards that would get you a C- in ChemLab 101 .
Hydrogen generation by electrolysis is inherently an integration. Integrations tend to go well out of their way to reduce or eliminate minor waveform differences, rather than elaborating upon them. Finally, not one single peer reviewed paper has ever appeared on what would certainly be a fundamental breakthrough in physical chemistry.

"An illusion of tungsten melting can be created by reversible sublimination side reactions."
WTF? Either it melts or does not melt. Which is it?

Yah know what's really odd, is that I didn't even see it as a question mark. It kinda looks like a swan, or a drawing of a 'phoenix'. Since you've been looking at it as a question mark long enough, you may not see it. I dunno. Kinda reminds me of this painting I have, which is great for checking who's mind is in the gutter, and their internal 'switch' of gender. It is seen as either an amorphous 'something'.. or it is either female or male genitalia. It's a cool oil original, and quite large too.
Since it is a large image (1meg), I'll post a link instead.
I had to drag it out of the corner and dust it off. I move so often, I haven't even bothered to hang this painting. It's been sitting on the floor for over 1.5 years now.

I see sexual stuffies of some sort. I guess my mind is in the gutter. But we are off course here. Classic threadjacking.

Getting back on topic and to put some more fuel on the fire, or poke it back up to full flare again:
So, does the Joe Cell have the state of Oregon, in it... or not? Maybe it has Nevadas. They do lots of kooky stuff out there.
But seriously, I do plan to investigate it further. I thought I knew what it was about, basically an electrolyser, but if they claim or report the things that some Anonymous guy 😀 says they do, well, that's different. Very much so.
And seriously guys, I get alot further down the road, by at the very least, taking what these guys say seriously..and trying to stick it on to known models. When that does not work, I take it and stick it onto and in the speculative models. To find the gems of fact in the weird and tall tales.
If that does not work, then I attempt to extrapolate further and then go back over attempting to stick it onto the various models, live or memorex ones.
Sooner or later one corner or the like fits..somewhere..then the whole cycle begins again. and from that, I truly do get further down the road, than the folks who think that fringe work has to fit in their litle pre-existing models and in their little limiting textbooks.
Please recall everything in the texbooks came out of contentious areas, originally. A space that is nearly identical to, or identical to the space that the Joe Cell now occupies. Ie, left field. Every last stinking word in those textbooks.
You'd do well to remember that, every waking moment of your life.

A simple interesting leveraged pendulum system.

I see that it involves a bicycle frame. The bicycle being the most efficient mode of transport yet devised. Almost free energy.
Build one of these into your house. Maintain the pendulum by getting up in the morning..and winding your house up.
What would be more twisted, is to use it to pump oil. Those oil guys need to save money in the field, you know. Gotta be more energy efficent.
Note the vertical vs horizontal orientation of the motional masses in a polarized gravity gradient. And the springs are important too, otherwise it would not work. The vertical component needs a 'return to center' as the horizontal mass implicitly has. And afterward, let the orientation alone do the work.
there is a break in the film at a critical spot.

Wow, these things are great! 12X more power out than in. I need to build one as a generator. Might lower my crazy electric bills. I can even sell power back to the electric company. And all my neighbors too.
And then I'll get the anti-gravity part working, just for fun. You gotta wonder why they are just using it to pump water in Serbia. Will those guys never learn?
Well they didn't like my speaker cable claim, but I'm game to try this one. Looks easy enough, no Orgone needed, just inertia.

Looking at that video, the first thing I notice is that the system decays very quickly, I would guess about 30 seconds without more input. Secondly the pump handle is hardly moving. I suspect that the water in the pump barrel isn't actually being pumped, it is merely acting as another spring, confirmed by the fact that the system decays even sooner when the pump is removed from the system. Note there is no footage of water being moved... 😉
