Fray Check, possible ESL coating?

Alcohol soluble nylon is widely used by tailors as a strong hot melt glue. Already tried the one in a form of non-woven fabric glue stripes. Better check before you going to buy reasonable amount. It well might be non-woven PET with some acrylic glue.
