How big can be the volume of the box for a given Vas of the driver? Nobody seems to treat this subject on the forum. Does it matters if the box is sealed or bass-reflex?

Yes. The formula for a closed box handles this situation very well. I believe if you plug those numbers into any simulation program, it will show that the box affects Q and resonance very little, and that is what happens. As you just found out.

Here is the formula for the rise in Q and the rise resonance when a speaker is put into a closed box.

So the rise in Fs when a speaker of Fs=85 is put into a box six times it's Vas is: 91 Hz. And the rise in Qts when a speaker of Qts=0.57 is put into the same box is 0.62. Both figures are hardly affected.
