I've managed to blow a bunch of my FQA19N20 fets trying to bias them too
high and now I'm short a pair to complete my F5 turbo project. I've searched
high and low for a source without any luck.
Are there any kind souls out there that would be willing to sell a pair?
Or if you know of a source that still has them. I know the FQP19N20
exist, but I don't care for the to-220 package and everything else is already
built with the old parts.

So i ordered in Aliexpress from Utcource 10x N and P Fet.

The N Types received last days and i measured on 15VDC the Vgs all between
4,60-4,8V.
Datasheet says 3-5V, so it should be good? I have other ones from Jims Audio
Store P Type with under 3V Vgs. that confused me.
Is it visible on store picture- genuine parts?
Next question is how close they must/should 2pieces N-P be matched in Vgs?

N-N and P-P matches are needed. You don't need N-P matches. Finding enough fets to achieve that would basically be impossible.
If the FQA19N20/FQA12P20 parts cannot be made to work ( because the parts may be of dubious origin or authenticity, which may be the case with those from Jim's Audio ) IRFP240/9240 will get the job done. Many have used them, and were more than happy with the results.

That is what i also know, they are running in my F4 and the Mini A.
If Mr. Pass used Qfet in newer circuitm must be a reason behind.
The challenge for diy is to find it out.
Because we don't can find any trusted information about manufacturer part
layout, charge numbers (looking), where all productions is done for Fairchild
parts- it is the same with many other parts, the Fakeproducer can play with us
like Idiots, because all what needed to be sure is production secret.
I am angry about that, but should we stop our hobby?
I also have serious Toshiba SK1530/SJ201- bought any years backfrom US seller, i trust.
The F5 with parts from HK- Jims Audio are running. i have cooked them on to
small heat sink with 530mV near 60°C and transistors you can burn your fingers on them without extra cooling. For that reason that must be real parts.
Today received my N Types FQA. I have quick measured them and give for all
two shoots here. Think what ever you like.

Of course i'm a bit in twice. The now bought N-Types in TO247 plastic and the
measured 3,6-3,8V could be a good IRFP one.
