You have the Speedsters in 9.4 litres? Is that gross volume or net volume (with all the innerds subtracted)?

I have an enclosure of 10 litres gross I could use - it's box section aluminium 150mm by 150mm. 508mm high.

I have the Speedsters built to spec exactly. 1/2" MDF, brad nails, spray paint. 5.5L. I'd say follow the instructions if you just want a plug and play nice product. I've only ever considered modifying the box by swapping the port for a flared one.
