Found a couple of "LM1875T"

Great advices Daniel!
UTC is selling indeed 2030and 2050 chips, but are certain that those chips are on par with the ST authentic tda2030/2050 chips?
I would stick with the real ti lm1875 chips which are still available to purchase from the trusting etailers.
UTC chips and transistors are absolutely fine....
Not fake, not poor quality, just generics.

But if TI still sell the LM1875 then fine.

I have a feeling TI might bring back other things, since there is demand enough for legitimate Asian companies to acquire the rights to older devices and produce them to service a demand TI/ST etc did not think enough for them to sustain profitability.

8ohm load test. Still lm1875 failed to beat tda2050. Sadly ST tda2050 is now discontinued :RIP:

I am unable to find st chips in local market in delhi anymore. The dealers say 60 rupees (1 usd) price makes it prohibitive to be bought by users.

I got some nanotech 1875 with me now but they don't seem to be real as they have a slight cut on their casing sides unlike the ones posted by others in the group.

@NareshBrd has some good experience with these chip amps. He knows them well.

Only genuine chip i can find in the market is tda7294 and i stocked up 10 of these for my future pursuits 🥰
