Fostex T-925 recone, help needed

Hello, I need help for the further way to replace the dia on this Tostex T-925, it's my first time on this driver. Do the screws of the pole plate have to be removed? I unsoldered the solder fans of the coil wires. What about the rear connection terminals, you can't unscrew them but only screw them loosely. I would like to install the dia of the T-925A according to TLHP is this possible if .... ("To repair one Fostex T925A or one Fostex T825A, impedance 8 ohm. You can also repair one T925 with a little modification of support, just move the wire of the voice coil ang re-glue it.") Has anyone had any experience with changing dias from T-925A to T-925 (pictures shown below)?

The magnetic circuit ( which includes your alnico magnet plus the top and back plates and cast return housing ) shouldn't be dismantled ( so don't remove that top-plate held on by the 3 screws ).

Breaking the magnetic circuit will partially discharge the alnico magnet. So unless you can recharge that magnet don't dismantle anymore of that assembly than you already have.

This attribute ( reality ) of dealing with alnico circuits is quite searchable using Google.

Yes, absolutely do not open the motor asy. Its not necessary if the posts are accessible from the front like yours. Usually you just repaired it from the front where you have it disassembled and solder VC wires directly onto the posts visible. You'll have to verify VC alignment before and after screwing down the center post screw.

After removing the old diaphragm, the gaps from the inner ring where not on the correct position (picture one) happens this, if the driver falls down? Whtat´s the correct positioning of the ring, gaps shown as in the picture or concealed. Is ther no protective ring needed if the connection cables run through the gaphole?
