Hello,
I am building an enclosure for a Fostex fE126NV driver. There is some foam gasket around the unit but nothing around the holes where the driver is to be screwed to the enclosure (see attached picture). Should I add some adhesive foam gasket or can I tie the driver directly to the enclosure?
Thank you for your advice.

I have similarly constructed drivers.
The existing foam gasket will provide the necessary seal. There is no need to seal the mounting holes.

Some extra information:
Don't be tempted to add an extra gasket on top of the existing one, as then the mounting hole area will be lifted proud of the baffle surface. You could then warp that area when tightening the bolts.
If your cut-out diameter is correct as per the driver specs, then you will obtain a proper seal as provided.

...warp that area when tightening the bolts...
even withou tthe extra gasket you can bend the frame. Screws or bolts should only be tight enuff to just hold a real or imaginary washer from spinning.
