fosgate t20001bd has high pitch noise on the speaker outputs

so i purchased few amps from local audio installer and one of them is a older fosgate t20001bd .amplifier powers on and idles fine ,has a good output but there is audiable high pitch noise in the output with or without rca connected to the source .the only visible part that is damaged is the resistor shown-its located by the speaker terminals

tested the amp with home speaker so the hight pitch noise is in the tweeters .the noice gets louder with me adjusting the crossover freq and the amp starts drawing extensive current -like 10-15 amps .it dosent go to protection tho

i dont own scope
