Agreed with above. The only old school Rockfords i like are Team Rockford subs but good like finding them and be prepared to dish out some serious dough. The Hardcore was the equivalent of todays P1's.
They are good subwoofers.

The main problems I see with those are the tinsel leads breaking. They are also bulky for their performance level.
a single thin spider on a 4" coil equals eminent failure...apart from that, they sound great, but just dont last.
