I probably dont have enough weight behind my suggestion, but I was wondering. As we have so many APEX builds on this forum, if its possible to have a separate section under "Amplifiers" for all the builds.
Like the "Tubes/Valves and the "Pass Labs" sections
Just a thought 🙂

I think more meaningful would be to have a repairs/restorations section. The APEX threads seem to fit in with the rest of solid state pretty well.
Its just, to find the correct working pcb on any of the APEX builds is quite an effort. Some of the threads have more than 1800 posts. I suppose just asking in said thread does give you what you want. It is extremely popular though, which is why I asked. Would make things alot easier for others to find
Might be an idea for one of the members to start a thread and index them with the layouts and schematics archived in one place, or links to the relevant posts.

That's already been done, search.
I just learned from this thread about the Apex action going on. I'll have to take a look!

At this point the forum BBS software is getting really creaky and nothing is been done that might make things worse. When the forum moves to a new platform everything will be re-examined.

That has yes. But for someone just starting, and wanting to build one of his amplifier, it can be very frustrating .You get to a thread started, and 100 pages down the line there are still changes.
