Let me take it from here ;-)

I tried to replace my avatar but the system says 'Unable to save file'.
The new avatar is 14kb and 78 x 64 pixels.
Is this transient or is there a basic problem with my account?

jmack, in the future would you please hit the red triangle 'report post' button, under your name, in the post you wish us to deal with. I have removed the attachment with your email addy in it. I had to remove the entire attachment.
