FORTE MODEL 7 IGBT bunt need to modify with MOSFET

Hi I just got FORTE MODEL 7 from scratch and I found all IGBTs was burn then I need to modify output with MOSFETs. But I can't find its schematic does anyone can help me ?

Thank you very much.
As I understood it should be enhancement mosfet instead of IGBT. I may build a new replacement PCB soon becuase the old one has many damaged.
