Hi everybody!
fiddling around the net I discovered the existence of NOS replacements for the beloved BD139-BD140 (to be precise, beloved is the Philips variety, much less the ones made by ON, ST, etc.).
These transistors are marked SD339 and SD340 and were made in the former DDR (Eastern Germany).
Anyone used or knows them? Good or bad?
