Used Hitachi 2SJ83 (J83) Silicon N-channel Mosfet. See picture from datasheet for more details. The mosfets were taken from a Rausch DVT PA-ampflifier. The 2SK227 is the counterpart to tHE 2SJ83. I have not tested the mosfets but they seem to be in good shape. These mosfets are very hard to find!
