On canuckaudiomart.com, search for Tokin pads. It should bring up an advertisement for 1mm Alluminum oxide ceramic pads ( Al2O3 ). The distributor is Frank Wang. Otherwise, maybe "Tomo" at tomo@mba.nifty.com may have some.
