FM tuner module

I look for FM stereo tuner board for a multiple radios control system. Reception must have enough quality for mastering emitters.
I didn't find any item with usual low cost modules providers (AE, Ebay, bangg...)

I can use autoradios but I prefer to integrate modules in a rack.

Any pointers ?

I remember some discussion of tuner modules at mp3car.com; I think they had no user controls and had to be interfaced with a computer or microcontroller. Mp3car.com is gone, but fortunately it can be viewed at archive.org
