IF Amp IC
I checked my service manual and from the offset pins on the chip, it looks like it may have been one of the early Motorola MFC (Motorola Functional Circuit) chips, which unless Mac might have kept a few I'd opine that you are out of luck.
I haven't done any cross referencing but you might do some research on the 3028 style of differential amp chips use din IF circuits. I'd bet the IC you're looking for is simply a repackaged one of those.
