I'm putting together a digikey order. I have some "military style" probes with the exposed male banana jacks that don't insert properly into my Fluke 77. The Fluke uses a banana jack that is in a recessed fitting, sort of a male/female jack. Where can I get connectors to convert my regular banana jack probes to fit the Fluke? I'd like to make this permanent, cut the old style banana off my probes and solder on these new jacks that would be identical to those that came with the Fluke.
Of course, I would want them generic or off brand, the Fluke ones are expensive.

Have you tried prying the 'banana' springs out just a little bit to make them fit better? (Don't break them...)
The problem is that the female part is a bit deep into the well. If I knew what style of connector it is called, it would be easier to search.
Thanks for the hint to look at the Pomona site--they are actually referred to as "sheathed banana plugs."
The Pomona part number is 6383 and it even says in the data sheet that it fits Fluke meters. There is also a right angle version: 6729.
