I need to replace a couple of flat ribbon cables on my Arcam A10 Amplifier.
It has printed on it AWM 2896.
It is a 22pin Flat cable 1mm pitch.
I can source replacements from China but I cannot match the 2896 number.
The number they provide is 20624.
Would it be compatible?

I would buy from atrusted source, at least I know what I am buying.

I received my cables from China today and they don’t seem to be compatible. Although both cables have 1mm pitch it seems to me that the 2896 has wider conductors so the cables bay in overall width.
I would say that if the number of contacts is the same but the widths are different then the pitch is different. Pitch is centre to centre.
