Do you guys know about this lens ? Its name is weird I know, because I translated it lol.. 🙂 I found these things very cheap but I am not sure if it 's compatible with 5" lcd screen or not.
I mean can I project the image of 5" lcd with any of these lenses ?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
If 4-6mm refers to the focal length, it's much to short for panel projection. You need something with a FL around the same as the diagonal of the panel.
