First stage FB from tone control input

Is there anything wrong with taking the first stage feedback signal from the same point as the input to the active Bax tone circuit like this? Would I be better off to take the first stage FB right from the anode? The concern is interaction between the two stages.

It is not worth worrying about. Except: you are introducing a DC complication for no good reason.

I drove the sx780 passive tone controls with a 6922.
Works incredibly well as 6922 can drive 20k loads.
