I used 18mm void free baltic birch plywood... not exterior or marine grade.

Probably marketed in Sweden as "Finnish" or "Russian" Birch plywood. Note that depending on local supply distribution networks, product may be graded as "shop" or "C" grade, and may come in a wide range of thicknesses and sheet sizes.

can you imagine working with 1500x3000mm sheets of 50mm thick Russian Plywood?

How do i glue everything?
On the plan it doesn't say anything about that. wooden plugs or?
Just gluing isn't enough. I'm planing to build the pensil 10
