First Project parts question

Sorry to be a total noob
I’m starting my first DIY Audio project; I have followed the links on here to

And I’m looking at the parts list .. so the first on the list is
220 µF/ 35 V electrolytic capacitor, radial leads
Now I have found something similar on the CPC site , and as its only 6 miles away I thought it should be my first port of call, but I didn’t find anything that went up 220 µF , so I take it the one below is nothing like the one needed for the build ?
Also this was 1.3 ohm .. I noticed that there was a whole list of ohm ratings how much does this alter the part ?

That 220µF/35 V is an electrolytic capacitor and not tantalum. Tantalum should not be used.
