My bad, this is the correct one. The farfield curves are missing as it's a speaker I did a long time ago and I do not have any measurements without dismantling it.
Earlier I wrote about the rather severe baffle step of such small enclosures. In your sims earlier you demstrated a peak of about 3dB on 1kHz. I was not surprised it actually is there.
f3 of 61 Hz for a 4 inch seems pretty low to be honest. maybe look at your excursion? it will probably hit Xmax really early. this will cause heavy distortion when Xmax is reached. could you plot the excursion graph and give the needed power to reach Xmax?1. Enclosure Design
I've inputted the parameters on the Enclosure Tool and come up with the tuning below, then I exported the SPL and Impedance

Since I have a couple weeks off-work I'm planning to improve this build.
1. Line the inside walls with rockwool. Hopefully this will deal with the ~1khz peak if this is due to internal standing wave.
2. Redo the crossovers with measurements.
For the driver measurements, I'm planning to route the cable from the drivers through the existing binding post holes, but I'm wondering if it needs to be sealed so the box become airtight?
In my mind, small air leaks will only affect the low frequency tuning of the box and for crossover work it should not have any impact.
Any thoughts?
