BTW, I've used screws too for all the panels in the only Back Loaded Horn that I ever made. It's been around 8 years and has still not fallen apart(particle board and without glue).

I use buscuits to hold everything together, But I have a Joinery shop, so its no problem. Screws are ok though, just hard to finish, unless you are veneering.

As for screws, hehe, only those that have tried to take glued panels apart will know how superfluous screws are. You can never have enough clamps though. 😉
