Look for Audio Yiroshi design or Rockola expandable, looks pretty similar pcb designs to me but your image could be a modified version. Good luck!

Unfortunately no, I do not have the files for it, the designer is a member of our fb Audio DIY group he is a local DIYer and I do know he sells his stuff. I will put a link of your thread to the fb group, to catch his attention.
