finding a good mosfet pair

This have propperly been posted many times but i have looked at the first 10 pages of threads

hi I am Planning on building a class D Amplifier
and got to the konklution that I will use a 250khz triangle sampling signal and a full briged output
does it sound like a good start ?

but I have problems finding the Mosfets
I'm thinking about using IRF2807 but have no idea which p channel to pair it with.

and is there a way to use only n channel mosfets?

You dont need p channel mosfets just use n channel.
For medium pwoer a irfb4019 is good.
For high power look at irfb4227 but you might need a driver chip.
