Final Design of Solid State Amplifier Hopefully (Roast Me!)

Howdy, after a bit of time I believe I have pulled it off. The Silicon Taipan Embedded 100.

I will suspect there to be some mistakes in the amplifier module itself, feel free to point out any suggestions or ideas, apart from that the amp itself I have high hopes with the VI limiter and active short detection circuit to keep the family at ease. As well as a passive and active soft start, gonna see if I can use the UPC1237's AC pin as a control pin for when powering down from the MCU.

Let's hope I didn't make a hands free function generator.

Side Note: I did pay attention in terms of the ground plane and ensured the decoupling caps had a sufficient return path to the spade connector, the speaker will return to the main power board as a bit of a star ground seeing as there will be 7 of these units sandwiched on a heatsink.

I will be actively cooling these as there will be another amp which I am still working on which is essentially a beefed up version.

R4 and R6 reduces the open loop amplification but they also speed up Q1 and Q6 a bit. Without them there is a risk you need a few pF parallell to R9 to prevent self oscillation. And maybe a new value on C5. But the higher open lopp gain will decrease the distortion. I dont know certain but D1 and D2 might be needed to prevent latch up at start.
I think it will be a good amplifier for you.
