The Z's have a reverse recovery charge of 41nC and a reverse recovery time of 33ns while the others have 115nC and 505ns. Quite a bit different in those specs. The total gate charge is similar though.
Indeed they are better than IRFP450 for 100W class D, anything is better actually. IRFP450 is an obsolete technology part with quite poor performance, and the 5 times higher voltage rating also degrades performance considerably.
