It's not difficult to roll your own. I used 2N5457s (JFETs) and MPSA18s to build the one I currently use.

Does the schematic simply use the active devices as voltage followers, with the crossover components in between two buffer stages?

I'm also interested in how the voltage follower you made look like. I guess you use the 2N5457 as follower, and the MPSA18 as current source? What voltages are you running the crossover with? And how many mA is the current source set up to provide?

The crossover project is in the queue, which means
several months before release. It is JFET based
using 2SK389's, which are dual 2SK170's matched,
although this is subject to change.
