FET 10 /HL is making a "squealing" sound on start up. Help!

Yeah, some of those little rascals are in too tight of a spot to get a film cap in there.
I'm even having a hard time replacing the 1uF and 10uf on the modules, Threshold didn't leave a lot of room for bigger caps!
One thing at a time, once the "squeal" is gone, I'll ask what others have done for those 2 caps. I know I've read suggestions somewhere.

Thanks,

Eric

FIXED!
I replaced the filter caps first and retested. No luck.
I replaced all the ceramic caps and retested. No luck.
I replaced the the MJE15030 and MJE15031 BJTs and retested. No luck.
I then replaced all the A42 and A92 BJTs and that did it.

I've tested for 2 days now, cold, hot, music source playing, no source and it's quiet.

Here's my next question. I tested every one of the A42 and A92 with a PEAK Atlas DCA tester and all tested working.
I then retested all with a BK 530. I tested for function and leak down with 10 volts. Again, all tested good.

How are you suppose to repair an issue like this other than isolating the problem to an area of the unit (in this case, the power supply regulating circuitry) and just start replacing random parts?

Thanks for all the help.
