It's been since springtime in the making, mostly design work and breadboarding, but finally making progress on the final build of my "Fender-Semi-Clone."

It follows the basic topology of a Fender Princeton 15 watt amp, but with an extra gain stage for driving into clipping at will at low volume levels, or playing clean. There are also some extra controls for user operated bias (the control range is well within safe limits) but it, and the user variable negative feedback, definitely gives a nice range of custom tone for the player's preference. Also, I did not put tremolo on it, but did add separate bass and treble control. It sounds really nice. Of course, now it's all stripped off the breadboard for chassis mounting so it doesn't make any noise right now. ;)

Cheers,
Rob

It's coming along...
