Can someone explain and give me more info on the resistor labeled 2500 that is attached to pin 6 of the PI 6SC7?
What is it's value, watt etc.
Any info relevant to this would be a great help.
Thanks,

2500 ohm cathode resistor for PI, 5C3 deluxe
If you go to 1953 Fender 5C3 Deluxe Amplifier in Wide-Panel Tweed Cabinet - YouTube, at 6:32 there is a good look at the circuit board. Find the group of four resistors and the 2500 ohm resistor(red, green, red) on the right is the one you're interested in. It seems to be the same size as the rest of the resistors. I believe Fender used 1/2watt resistors at that time, so I believe this good evidence for your resistor being 1/2 watt. These resistors are all carbon comp. The absence of a fourth band indicates a 20% tolerance resistor, fairly common for that time.
