Fixing a Fender Bassman-AB165 and recapping. This thing was rusting in a shed, blown rectifier diodes... had a 3 amp fuse in it rather than the suggested 2 amp. I even had to scrape out the input jacks from mud dobber wasp homes should have taken pictures of all the rust.

It has two 20MFD-500v caps coming off the plates of a 12ax7 and a 12at7. One 20MFD-500v cap is coming off the 6l6cg grids...
I can save $10 by getting 22MFD-500v caps instead of the 20MFD caps (tubesandmore.com). What would be the difference in choosing the 22MDF cap?

There would be virtually no difference. Capacitors like these have a large tolerance well exceeding 2mfd. But you might be buying a cheaper make.
