This is about the Champ 600 reissue, the 6v6 tube dissipating 15.5 Watts. LOL.
I love their engineers, sure they are not of the boring type, they like fireworks.
BTW can someone comment on the tone circuit? No pots...strange

The tone stack is a standard fender/marshall with fixed resistors instead of pots, according to the schematic. You could substitute pots or another fender's tone stack fairly easily, assuming you have panel space for them. Google "tone stack calculator" if you want to model what you have or what you may substitute. For the tube, try the heavy duty JJ 6V6...I forget what they call it or if it's the only one they offer. Or 6L6 if the PT will handle it.
The bias the 6V6 is the same as the 5F1.
This is a very similar circuit, with some interesting tweaks - they add a fixed tone stack and compensate for the loss of gain by adding cathode caps and lowering the negative feedback.
It very interesting - I wonder how it sounds.
