A model for this MOSFET is not available as far as I can see. Onsemi offers nothing as far as I can see.
Is there any way to use the datasheet parameters to create / modify a file that can be used in ltSpice?

the reverse capacitance looks a bit different from infineon fet SPW55N80, the rest seems similar, you could give that one a try.
