I was in Austria (boy it was hot, over 30 deg C, June) and experienced that people outside Graz don't drink beer, only wine. OK the wine was good from the wineyards but a nice cold quality beer was impossible to get.
BTW: Kaltenberg (licence brewed by Krönlein in Halmstad Sweden) is like velvet, very nice but it must be cold. The velvetness is there only when the beer is really cold.
