Faulty Class T/D amp

This is a one way AMP, no service available and possibile.

So for arguments sake lets say a repairman who has experience with standard amplifiers Class A and Class A/B would they be able to diagnose and find a solution on such a different type of amplifier?

Why I ask is cause I do know a few people in my area just not sure if they will no much about a class T/D amp.

class Td is a class AB kernel combined with class D buck converter for supply, check if tracking supply work properly.

Firstly appreciate everyone's effort.

Secondly, you won't believe that it was the pre amp. I tried numerous combinations with different DAC's and power amps and everything is working properly but my main DAC. Its a NAD C510 I know again its a long shot, but if its causing a lower volume one one channel with one note bass is there any thing that I can look at?

I was quick to blame the Chinese but it seems they sold me a solid amp that plays well, plenty of power and so far reliable for 200 US. Anyway, we can never predict these things till its measured by a third party but as I using it for only my sub woofers it does the job.
