Sleeve bearings will get dry (lubricant dries) and they will wobble which can make them noisy. You can clean and lubricate them. TechTips 5, item #13 if you have the tutorial.
I don’t have it yet but will purchase it this coming week on payday I want to learn more about amps since I have some knowledge but not a lot .
I'm not trying to push it on you. I just can't remember who does and doesn't have it.
If you pull the fan and it has a label on the other side, it may cover the shaft and retaining slip. Remove that and the impeller will slide out. Clean the bearing and shaft and lubricate with a good lubricant (not WD 40).
