Unless you bought them from a reputable vendor I would bin them and the rest of the batch.

Physical construction looks real on both. Die sizes are good, proper copper base and thick solder die attach. Those could be fake, but they would be “good” fakes if they are. Poor fakes would look like s***. The dual die version probably had a separate inverse parallel free wheeling diode - has nothing to do with fake or real. Some have it integrated into one die, others separate, and some dispense with the diode altogether for applications where one is either not wanted, or a really high performance external one is used.
